Yes. Though it’s meant to stay on, the chain can be carefully clipped with scissors or wire cutters at the welded jump ring. We’re also happy to re-weld it for you at a later date if needed.

While our solid metal chains are designed to be durable, life happens! If your chain breaks or stretches, contact us. We can assess and often reattach or repair it in-store.

We offer permanent jewelry for clients age 12 and up. A parent or legal guardian must accompany and sign for anyone under 18.
