1 | Consultation
We’ll explore your ideas, style preferences, inspiration, and budget. You’re welcome to bring inspiration images, heirloom pieces, or simply a vision and we’ll help guide you to a thoughtful, wearable design
2 | Design Development
When your concept is decided, we begin developing your design. This phase includes detailed CAD renderings & 3D printed models, to help you visualize scale, proportions, and overall feel
$250 CAD fee is required to begin design process
3 | Review & Approval
You’ll have the opportunity to review your design and request refinements. We’ll continue to adjust and fine-tune details until it feels just right. Once your design is approved, we move forward with production
4 | Production
Your piece is crafted by our production team and jewelers using high-quality materials and expert precision. Custom pieces require approximately 6 weeks from final design approval to completion
5 | Completion & Presentation
When completed, we'll reach out to coordinate pickup or delivery. We'll guide you through care and maintenance tips, to ensure your jewelry remains as stunning as the day you received it. Ready to be worn, treasured, and passed down for generations!

TIMELINES
Fully custom pieces are completed in approximately 6–8 weeks after final design approval
We do our best to accommodate important timelines. Some orders may be expedited, and additional fees may apply. If you have a proposal date, travel plans, or a specific presentation in mind, we encourage you to share those details with us as early as possible so we can plan accordingly
INVESTMENT
Custom design pricing varies based on materials, gemstones, and overall complexity. We may be able to provide estimates based on previously created designs, but final pricing will not be determined until CAD Rendering is completed. $250 CAD design fee is required to initiate the design process and will be applied toward the total cost of your custom piece. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Complete re-designs & extensive revision rounds may result in additional fees and production time
SPECIALTY & RARE GEMSTONES
Specialty colors, large carat sizes, and rare gemstones may require additional lead time depending on sourcing and availability. A deposit may be required to source and reserve specific stones
