A Pioneer Square Date, Any Time of the Day!

Welcome to Pioneer Square, Seattle's original neighborhood and home to L T Denny Jewelers for over 30 years. Whether you've got a morning, an afternoon, or an evening to spare, here are three ways to make the most of a date here, with us along the way.

Morning Coffee

Start with coffee at Day Made, then stop by L T Denny for an engagement ring consultation. Mornings are relaxed and low pressure, a great time to talk through ideas together.

Grab brunch next. Toasted has bagels done right, and The Pastry Project turns out goodies worth building a morning around. Pick up something flaky, something filling, or both, then walk down to the waterfront or Pioneer Square Habitat Beach for the perfect debrief. Coffee in hand and the morning stretches ahead of you, just like the view of the water!

A Quick Lunch

Meet at L T Denny for matching permanent jewelry bracelets, a small, lasting symbol of your day together, welded on and ready to wear for the long run.

For lunch, grab a classic deli sub at Salumi, a Pioneer Square institution known for house-cured meats and no-frills sandwiches that hit every time. Or for something more leisurely, head to Occidental Square and dine European-style at Darklinos, taking in the history brick buildings and tall trees.

Let lunch settle with a walk through the neighborhood's best small shops. Pop into Bon Voyage Vintage for one-of-a-kind finds, then continue on to Arundel Books, a local landmark and one of the city's most beloved independent bookstores.

A Treat Before Dinner

Swing by L T Denny to add to your wish list or pick up the perfect anniversary gift before heading out for the night.

One option is Smith Tower Observatory and Bar for a drink with one of the best views in the city as the sun goes down.

For dinner, you've got two great directions. If you're after what might be the best Italian food in Seattle, Il Terrazzo Carmine is the move: refined, classic, and less than a block away. For something more casual, Damn the Weather offers a great bistro meal, with Baba Yaga just a short walk away for live entertainment afterward.

Bonus: First Thursdays

Time your visit to First Thursday and stop by L T Denny to get your pieces checked and cleaned before heading out to explore the neighborhood's galleries during Art Walk, Seattle's longest-running gallery walk.

Three dates, one neighborhood, endless reasons to come back. Wherever your day in Pioneer Square takes you, L T Denny is happy to be part of it.
